Return / Revocation
You have the right as a consumer to cancel the order within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can then return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed are excluded from return. We can therefore unfortunately not accept returns where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or the product has been used.

Damaged or defective articles
If you have received a damaged item, we request that you take a photo and send it to hello@i-really-care.com. After inspection, we will either refund the item or send you a new item.
The products have labels that contain essential information such as ingredients, expiration date and identification number. The creams have an expiration date after opening, which is indicated individually on each container and folding box.
If any type of intolerance should occur, discontinue the product immediately. The indication of the ingredients must be checked especially if there is a tendency to allergies.
