Shipping policy

Delivery locations

We currently deliver by default only to countries in the European Union (EU). For deliveries outside the EU we request to contact us. Any customs duties for deliveries outside the EU are to be paid by the buyer.

Delivery times

5-8 days; We ship our products once a week.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping costs

We work with standard orders from major logistics companies such as Post, DHL, etc.

In Austria 5€; if order value larger 100€ we take over the forwarding expenses; within the EU: 8,94€; if order value larger 150€ no forwarding expenses; costs outside the EU: on request.
